I know that life happens when you've already made plans - but I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows me the opportunity to make last minute time available to other valued guests.
If you are unable to prodive this notice, you will be charged 100 percent of the cost of your scheduled services.
